We went fishing on the Ocean Beach Pier earlier this week and had a very successful night. My husband caught a leopard shark, sting ray and a croaker fish. I caught one croaker fish as well.

We picked up a new hobby after we moved to OB. It's fishing! We found out that you don't need a fishing license to fish on the pier so we bought a couple of fishing hooks and met with our buddy who is the expert in fishing. On our first trip, we caught a leopard shark and my husband's friends caught a sting ray and guitar fish. See the picture of the guitar fish below.

Did you know you needed a license in order to get a certificate, which signifies you're married? There's a process you need to go through in order to make it official. Many people get their license and then have an officiant in a public setting or a priest perform the ceremony and then that priest/officiant will need to sign that paper that day and mail it in.
