I've been starting my treadmill work out for a month and a half now and I'm typically on the treadmill between 1-3 times a week. Even though I am doing this more regularly, versus doing nothing before, I still get so out of breath and want to quit just after 3 minutes on the clock. But of course, I don't quit and then I wonder how the heck did I get this far?

I guess they don't call it a "work out" for nothing. You really do work! I can see why so many quit after working out for just a month. Your stamina is so bad at the beginning and in order to increase your stamina, you have to work to get there and push hard. I remember when I was in my early 20s, I would be able to get by with just 20 minutes on the treadmill and see results. Now, I feel that only when it's 40 minutes is when my body show results. I am pushing 30 now.

We really have to remember that the main thing that's important is working out helps to prolong your life. Maybe that you die when you're 60 instead of 55. I'm telling you, those last 5 years count and working out will keep the immune system stronger!
